The short version
- YaadGar is free to save, sort by hand and search. AI sorting has 50 free items per install, then a paid plan.
- Plans are ₹149 a month or ₹999 a year, renew until you cancel, and are sold by Dodo Payments.
- AI labels can be wrong. YaadGar is an organiser, not advice of any kind.
- You must be 18 or older.
Who we are
YaadGar is made by an individual developer in India. There is no company yet. "We" in these terms means that developer. Contact: yaadgar.help@gmail.com.
What YaadGar is
YaadGar is an Android app for keeping the reels and links you save, sorting them onto shelves and finding them again, plus a free website finder that reads your Instagram or TikTok data file in your browser. AI sorting is optional and runs only when you start it. Our privacy policy explains what leaves your phone when it does.
YaadGar is not made by, endorsed by or connected to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or Google. Their names appear only to say what YaadGar works with.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. By using YaadGar you confirm that you are.
Your content
What you save stays yours and stays on your phone. YaadGar stores links to posts; it does not copy or host the posts themselves. You are responsible for what you save and for following the rules of the platforms you save from.
The free allowance
Each install of the app gets 50 free AI items. Saving, sorting by hand and searching stay free. We may change the free allowance for new installs. Creating installs to collect more free items is not allowed, and we may block it.
Paid plans
- Prices: ₹149 a month or ₹999 a year. If you pay in another currency, checkout shows the amount before you pay.
- Seller: plans are sold by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Dodo runs checkout, charges tax where required and sends your invoice. Dodo's own terms also apply to the purchase.
- Renewal: plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- What you get: AI sorting for up to 1,000 items a month on either plan, so one install can't run up unlimited AI costs.
- Refunds: see our refund and cancellation policy.
- Price changes: a new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before then.
AI results
AI sorting suggests shelves, labels and summaries. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and you review what it suggests. Nothing in YaadGar is medical, legal or financial advice. Pregnancy or health labels are only a way to organise posts; ask a doctor about your health.
Fair use
Please don't try to get around the free allowance or plan limits, overload or probe our server, copy the app to resell it, or use YaadGar to break the law. If someone does, we may switch off AI sorting for that install.
If things go wrong
We work hard to keep YaadGar running, but it is provided as it is. AI sorting depends on outside providers and may pause, slow down or change. Your library lives on your phone, so keep your phone backed up the way you normally would.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
Stopping
You can stop using YaadGar at any time by uninstalling it; cancel any plan first so it doesn't renew. We may end the service with reasonable notice; if we do, we refund the unused part of any yearly plan.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and in the app, and the date at the top will change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
